Fabolous and Ne-Yo to Do Collabo Album

There has been a rumor for a while now that Fabolous and Ne-Yo were getting together for a collabo album, sort of like what Jay-Z and R.Kelly did with the Best Of Both Worlds thing, and it just got confirmed.

Read below for more info on it:
When Fabolous' 2007 track "Make Me Better," featuring Ne-Yo, was burning up the charts, the Brooklyn emcee announced that he was considering doing an entire album with the R&B singer.

Now, it seems as though Fab will follow up with the plan, which was then described as something similar to Jay-Z and R. Kelly's Best of Both Worlds project.

“I think this year too I might be doing this project with Ne-Yo finally,” said Fabolous to XXLmag.com. “We’ve been in talks for a minute. It’s really sounding like it’s gonna get done. Ne-Yo is really hyped about it. I just fell back on it, but now I see the wheels are turning a little bit. I think we need that for the game. Some of the allure from the game is gone. You see people doing less numbers, so now let’s do some vanity projects where people are collaborating together.”

The entire project will reportedly be produced by Ryan Leslie, who produced Fabolous' "You Be Killin' 'Em" from There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music Mixtape and Ne-Yo's "Crazy Love" from Libra Scale, which features Fab.

FABOLOUS WANTS NAS TO SHOW THE YOUNG RAPPERS THAT HE IS THE MAN.

I just read the heading off sohh.com were fab talks about wanting nas to show the younger generation of rappers that he(nas) is the man. I think i was really surprised to read that, cos i have always taking fab is a JAY-Z fan, and must jay fans area lways about flussing rap; you know, rapping about money and good life, and NAS is the opposite of that. So when i read the heading of the story, i was really inspired, that there was still hope for hiphop after all.

What i am trying to say wheni refer to the life of hiphop being in a better shape, by me, after i read this is because it is obvious that nas does not sell millions, and he does not have 4 maybachs or anything like that, so for FABOLOUS to give props to him, then it means people/rappers that appreciate raw talent.

Below is what fabolous had to say:

"Nas, Nas, like Nas is so ill," Fab told interviewer Karen Civil. "I think this younger generation of hip-hop really don't know, like, I got a dude who rolls with me, he's like 21, 22, he don't know any of the ill Nas, he don't know Illmatic, you just don't know that Nas that I grew up with. I wish Nas would just let these young boys know he's that dude."

Yeah, i am feeling fab on that one. With that said, i can't wait for the next NAS album.

50 CENT ON FABOLOUS'S TWITTER COMMENT.

I follow FABOLOUS on twitter, and i read the comments he made about 50CENT, through monday and tuesday, concerning 50 reaching out to his past enemies, like JADAKISS, STYLES P, SHEEK LOUCH, JOE BUDDEN, and a couple of other artist. Now, i am not going to take sides, but i would have to tell you that fab does a lot of talking on twitter, and there are somethings i find him talking about, and i wonder if he is the same fab the rapper that i listen to. Like when he started commenting on the T-PAIN/JAY-Z issue, that got me really pissed, cos i am like "mind your fucking bussiness men!"

Anyway, he made some remarks about 50's past that i feel are true, but 50 said he actually thought fab was a friend,so for him to shit on him on twitter, was a real shocker.
Below are some of what fab said on twitter:

Its interesting to c 50 Cent unite wit NY artists when he's 1 of the reasons NY hip hop became so isolated & crumbled..Do u agree NY??," Fab wrote Tuesday (October 6) morning. "I wonder if this is a law in the 50th law of power book?? I guess it was a good show 4 NY.. But if u asked 50 a few years ago if he ever saw hisself on stage with any of them he woulda said H*LL NO! Still 2 this day, 1 of the illest things i saw..Was 1 year a stadium full of fans screamin 4 Ja Rule, the next year sh*ttin on him 4 50 cent At 50's peak his grind was unmatched, image was bulletproof, music was ignorantly motivational & catchy, even classic. most never hav that So dont think im takin shots at 50.. Jus that NY show had me a lil puzzled.. But i love NY so i couldnt knock it if i wanted to." (Fabolous' Twitter)

Now, reading that, you know fab is 100 percent correct, but listen to what 50 had to say before you make your judgment:

"Reading what Fab said about me on Twitter was disappointing," Fif wrote. "I have extended myself to Fab personally to allow him to expand himself as an international Touring Artist. I thought we were Friends but that's cool. Law #2: Never put too much trust in friends. Learn how to use enemies. Be wary of friends--they will betray you more quickly, for they are easily aroused to envy. They also become spoiled and tyrannical. But hire a former enemy and he will be more loyal than a friend, because he has more to prove. In fact, you have more to fear from friends than from enemies. If you have no enemies, find a way to make them. --50th Law of Power. Am I 50 Cent or Am I Machiavelli? D*mmmm!!! (This Is 50)

I kind of feel what 50 said right there. Trust me, i am not a 50 fan, infact, after get rich or die trying, i stopped listening to him, because he got cocky, and the fire was gone, but he is making some points there with the "enemies", and "friends" issue.

FABOLOUS AIRS OUT T-PAIN

A couple of days ago, t-pain was d'jing at a club, that fabolous happened to be in and fab heard t-pain making negative remarks to his former label mate, and boss, jay-z ,and fab decided to tweet about it. He hit up his twitter page and let the whole world know about it.
Then later on, jay went on a show and addressed the issue, saying that he was not talking about t-pain when he made the D.O.A(DEATH OF AUTO-TUNE) song.

"I made it very clear I wasn't talking about him [on 'Death of Auto-tune']," Jay explained. "I think he's talented, I don't think he needs auto-tune to sell records but if that's his prerogative -- Everybody has a birthday. They don't have much else to say, they can't attack my credentials as an artist or my lyrics as an emcee."

That's what jay had to say. Then later on, pain went on a rampage on twitter attacking fab and jay-z. Then now, fab feels he has to take the battle up, and this is what he had to say:

Jus heard Tpain says F*ck JayZ & F*ck Fabolous too over Twitter... Ok, now me & my twiggas/Street Twitter Ditta Dam must go in on him! After D.O.A., #tpainbetter not be mad, UPS is hiring!! #tpainbetter not meet me in Brooklyn. #tpainbetter give Mr. Monopoly back his top hats!! #tpainbetter stay his a** outta the sun for the rest of his life!! #tpainbetter stop playin for JayZ buys every autotune machine in the world & end his career...#uknowhowiknowuregay cuz u do a song wit Lil Wayne & change ur name to T-Wayne...eeeel #tpainbetter audition to be a California Raisin.. He's done! #tpainbetter stop singin in the fan... that aint talent we can all do that..#tpainbetter apologize & blame it on the al-a-a-al-a-al-cohol #tpainbetter thank me.. he's #1 TT.. the only place his name gonna b #1 for a lonnnggggggg time!#tpainbetter chill cuz i will air this n*gga via twitter...F.Y.I. This is not a beef.. jus Twitter fun. someone retweeted that Tpain said F*ck Me on twitter & truthfully i dont know if he said or not...Ok so i jus got word that it wasnt Tpain's twitter page who said F*ck Fabolous..a fake page, w/ 900 followers.. oooops, d*mn i went in LOL But thats jus a taste of what u'll get if u f*ck wit me via twitter, Back to my Twitter chillin..."

Let me give you a better look at the picture, this is what t-pain said at the club:

"But Jay-Z is 59 years old, I don't think he has the right to say if it's dead," Pain said to a crowd. "That's just me, that's just me. Because I didn't come here to preach, I didn't come here to have a sermon. I came here to have fun, now ladies and gentlemen, I will give you the full right and the ability to kick my a** if you see Jay-Z do this -- Now I just want to clarify, are there any Jay-Z fans in the crowd -- but you don't see me saying rap is dead. Even though it is because all the rappers are trying to do T-Pain."

I am a big fabolous fan, but please fab should get off jay's dick. He has been dick ridding jay for a very very long time. Jay can fight his own battles. Why did fab even have to tweet about the t-pain stuff in the first place? That's a bitch move if you ask me.
I just want to know why everybody be beefing recently.

FABOLOUS'S TOP 5 DEAD OR ALIVE.

Allhiphop.com caught up with fabolous through his tight schedule. And they were able to squiz out his top five dead or alive list.
What do you think about his list?

1. biggie.
2. jay-z.
3. tupac.
4. eminem.
5. big daddy kane.

Before i saw his list, i made a guess of four rappers i believed would be on his list judging from his own style of rap. I came up with; jay-z, biggie, eminem and ll cool j. I was not surprised that i was on point, apart from ll cool j that is.
The big dady kane addition on his list didn't come as shocker cos kane more or less mentored jay. So jay got much of big daddy kane in him. Old rap listeners can testify to this.
The one thing majority of the people on his list, including he himself, have in common is wordplay. They are the masters of wordplay.
I most say though that the tupac addition made the list odd. It made it seem like he just threw in tupac's name because people like to put pac and biggie on their list. More like respect for the dead. Or just the band wagon effect.
