Game Needs 50 cent- That is What Sha Money XL is saying

Producer Sha Money XL, at a recent interview said that Game needs 50 cent at this point in his career. I think the reason people keep saying this is because they made beautiful music together, and the songs they made became big hits. But i do not think that game really needs them...he might need a formula for making a banger...like a club/radio smash, but not necessarily 50 cent. Before game went back to Interscope and started having problem with getting a release date for his album, he was doing good. Doctor's Advocate was dope...L.A.X was super dope, even though it sold the least from his 3 albums.

Rick Ross Talks Genesis of 50cent Beef

The better part of 2009 was Rick Ross going at 50, and 50 making funny videos to address the beef, and letting Lloyd Banks handle the real lyrical war. If you ask me, i would say Rick Ross won the war. Anyway, Rick Ross recently addressed the issue, and give his reason for going at 50cent first.

He has dropped two albums after the beef, Deeper Than Rap & Teflon Don, which have been fantastic albums. 50 cent

50 cent, Curtis Jackson (born July 6 1975), is an American recording artist (rapper) has sold millions of his records worldwide. He first got on the scene in 1999 with his original first album, Power of a Dollar- back when he was signed with Columbia records. After he got shot the next year (may 24 2000), he was dropped by the label.

On May 24, 2000, Jackson was attacked by a gunman, alleged to be Darryl "Hommo" Baum, outside his grandmother's former home in South Jamaica, Queens. He went into a friend's car, but was asked to return to the house to get jewelry. His son was in the house, while his grandmother was in the front yard.[11] Upon returning to the back seat of the car, another car pulled up nearby. An assailant then walked up to Jackson's left side with a 9mm handgun and fired nine shots at close range. He was shot nine times: in the hand (a round hit his right thumb and came out of his little finger), arm, hip, both legs, chest, and left cheek.[10][15][31] The face wound resulted in a swollen tongue, the loss of a wisdom tooth, and a small slur in his voice.[14][15][32] His friend also sustained a gunshot wound to the hand. They were driven to the hospital where Jackson spent thirteen days. Baum, the alleged shooter, was killed three weeks later.[33] Baum was also Mike Tyson's close friend and bodyguard.[34]

Jackson recalled the incident saying, "It happens so fast that you don't even get a chance to shoot back.... I was scared the whole time.... I was looking in the rear-view mirror like, 'Oh shit, somebody shot me in the face! It burns, burns, burns.'"[15] In his autobiography, From Pieces to Weight: Once upon a Time in Southside Queens, he wrote, "After I got shot nine times at close range and didn't die, I started to think that I must have a purpose in life... How much more damage could that shell have done? Give me an inch in this direction or that one, and I'm gone".[12] He used a walker for the first six weeks and fully recovered after five months. When he left the hospital, he stayed in the Poconos with his then-girlfriend and son. His workout regime helped him attain his muscular physique.[10][15][35]

While in the hospital, Jackson signed a publishing deal with Columbia Records. However, he was dropped from the label and "blacklisted" in the recording industry because of his song "Ghetto Qu'ran". Unable to find a studio to work with in the U.S, he traveled to Canada.[36][37] Along with his business partner Sha Money XL, he recorded over thirty songs for mixtapes, with the purpose of building a reputation. According to Shady Records A&R Marc Labelle in an interview with HitQuarters, Jackson shrewdly used the mixtape circuit to his own advantage saying, "He took all the hottest beats from every artist and flipped them with better hooks. They then got into all the markets on the mixtapes and all the mixtape DJs were messing with them."[38] Jackson's popularity rose and in 2002, he released material independently on the mixtape, Guess Who's Back?. Beginning to attract interest, and now backed by G-Unit, Jackson continued to release music including 50 Cent Is the Future. The mixtape revisited material by Jay-Z and Raphael Saadiq.

After he got signed to Shady/Aftermath by Eminem and Dr Dre, he released his Classic rap album, GET RICH OR DIE TRYING, which has gone on to sell 11 million copies worldwide. That was in 2003. He followed up two years later with his second album on his new label in 2005, titled The Massacre. The Massacre was also very successful, selling 9 million copies worldwide.

At that point he was getting into a lot of fueds with other rappers- and people believed his career had been based on controversy, as he had come out dissing Jarule on his first album. And on his second album, he dissed Nas, Fat joe and Jadakiss.

BEEF WITH MURDER INC
Before signing with Interscope, Jackson engaged in a well-publicized dispute with rapper Ja Rule and his label The Inc. Records. Jackson claims that a friend robbed Ja Rule of his jewelry and that Ja Rule accused him of setting it up.[89] However, Ja Rule claimed the conflict stemmed from a video shoot in Queens because Jackson did not like seeing him "getting so much love" from the neighborhood.[101] In March 2000, while at The Hit Factory studio in New York, Jackson had an altercation with Murder Inc. associates. He was treated for three stitches after receiving a stab wound.[89][102] Rapper Black Child claimed responsibility for the stabbing, saying he acted in self-defense because he thought someone reached for a gun.[103]

An affidavit by an IRS agent suggested that Murder Inc. had ties to Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff, a New York drug lord who was suspected of being involved in the murder of Jam Master Jay and the shooting of Jackson. An excerpt of the affidavit read:
The investigation has uncovered a conspiracy involving McGriff and others to murder a rap artist who has released songs containing lyrics regarding McGriff's criminal activities. The rap artist was shot in 2000, survived and thereafter refused to cooperate with law enforcement regarding the shooting. Messages transmitted over the Murder Inc. pager indicate that McGriff is involved in an ongoing plot to kill this rap artist, and that he communicates with Murder Inc. employees concerning the target.[36]

The exchange of insultive tracks released from both parties culminated into Ja Rule releasing Blood in My Eye, which was an album that mostly insulted Jackson and Eminem. Ja Rule eventually tried to squash the feud with Jackson by using minister Louis Farrakhan in a televised interview. However, the attempt at peace lost credibility as the interview was scheduled a day before Blood in My Eye was released. As a result, most fans, along with Jackson, dismissed the interview as a blatant publicity stunt.

Ja Rule later released R.U.L.E. with the successful single, "New York", featuring Jadakiss and Fat Joe in which Ja Rule took subliminal shots at Jackson. This single prompted Jackson to enter a feud with the two featured artists. The feud died down in late 2004, when Eminem released "Like Toy Soldiers" which explains the recent feuding with Ja Rule and Benzino, to which Eminem ends the song offering a truce to his enemies. Although the feud was later resurrected in early 2005.

BEEF WITH OTHER NEWYORK RAPPERS
Before releasing The Massacre, Jackson recorded a song "Piggy Bank", a response to Ja Rule's song "New York", which was leaked before the album's release. The song takes aim at rappers including Fat Joe, Nas, and Jadakiss.[104] Fat Joe responded with a song, "My Fofo", accusing Jackson of taking steroids, hiding in his home, and being jealous of The Game. Jadakiss also responded with a song, "Checkmate", and said that Jackson was trying to "create a buzz for his new album".[105] The "Piggy Bank" music video portrays animated caricatures of Jadakiss (as a Ninja turtle), Fat Joe (as an overweight boxer who receives a knockout), Nas (as a kid chasing a "milkshake" truck in a Superman costume), and The Game (as Mr. Potato Head). He also disses all of them on the beef version of his single "Window Shopper"[106] Kelis, Nas's wife, responded to the song on her single "Bossy".[citation needed] Nas later responded with "Don't Body Ya Self (MC Burial)." Nas later dissed 50 on the song "Street Ridaz" on Game's mixtape "Brake Lights".

Jackson spoke negatively about Bad Boy Entertainment mogul Sean Combs and recorded a song, "Hip-Hop", revealing the reasons behind his negative feelings: primarily, a contract dispute over Mase. In the song, he implied that Diddy knew about The Notorious B.I.G.'s murder and threatened to expose him through former associates.[107] The feud was resolved, with both rappers appearing on MTV's TRL and Sucker Free, respectively, stating that there were no longer problems.[108] The feud reignited in 2010 with 50 Cent dissing Diddy, saying his music "sucks".

On February 1, 2007, Cam'ron and Jackson had a live argument on The Angie Martinez Show on Hot 97 radio. Jackson commented that Koch Entertainment was a "graveyard", meaning major record labels would not work with their artists.[109] Cam'ron then ridiculed the record sales of G-Unit members Lloyd Banks and Mobb Deep by stating that Jim Jones outsold their albums despite being signed to an independent label and that his group, The Diplomats, had a distribution deal from several labels.[109] Both rappers released "diss" songs with videos on YouTube. Jackson suggested in "Funeral Music" that Cam'ron is no longer able to lead The Diplomats and that Jim Jones should take his place. Cam'ron responded with "Curtis" and "Curtis Pt. II", in which he makes fun of Jackson's appearance, calling him "a gorilla, with rabbit teeth".[110] Jackson responded by releasing "Hold On" with Young Buck.

Although he was close with The Game, before The Game released his debut album The Documentary, they soon became at odds. After its release, Jackson felt The Game was disloyal for saying he did not want to participate in G-Unit's feuds with other rappers and even wanting to work with artists they were feuding with. He also claimed that he wrote six songs on the album and was not receiving proper credit for his work, which The Game denied.[111] "Not Rich, Still Lyin'"

Jackson later dismissed The Game from G-Unit on Hot 97 radio. After the announcement, The Game, who was a guest earlier in the evening, attempted to enter the building with his entourage. After being denied entry, one of his associates was shot in the leg during a confrontation with a group of men leaving the building.[112][113] When the situation escalated, both rappers held a press conference to announce their reconciliation.[114] Fans had mixed feelings as to whether the rappers created a publicity stunt to boost the sales of the albums they had just released.[115] Nevertheless, even after the situation deflated,[116] G-Unit criticized The Game's street credibility. The group denounced The Game and announced that they will not be featured on his albums. During a Summer Jam performance, The Game launched a boycott of G-Unit called "G-Unot".[117]

After the performance at Summer Jam, The Game responded with "300 Bars and Runnin'", an extended "diss" aimed at G-Unit as well as members of Roc-A-Fella Records on the mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 3. Jackson responded through his "Piggy Bank" music video, which features The Game as a Mr. Potato Head doll and also parodies other rivals.[118] Since then both groups continued to attack each other. The Game released two more mixtapes, Ghost Unit and a mixtape/DVD called Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin.

Jackson posted a cover of The Game's head on the body of a male stripper for "Hate It or Love It (G-Unit Radio Part 21)" mixtape, as a response to The Game displaying pictures of G-Unit dressed as Village People.[119] Although he was signed to Aftermath Entertainment, The Game left the label and signed with Geffen Records to terminate his contractual obligations with G-Unit (although others claim Jackson pressured Dr. Dre to kick him off).[120] G-Unit member Spider Loc had also began to insult The Game on various songs. In addition, The Game released "240 Bars (Spider Joke)" and "100 Bars (The Funeral)" both attacking G-Unit, Spider Loc and others. Jackson's response was "Not Rich, Still Lyin'" where he mocks The Game.[121] Lloyd Banks replied to the Game on a Rap City freestyle booth session. The Game quickly released a "diss" record called "SoundScan" where The Game pokes fun at Lloyd Banks' album Rotten Apple falling thirteen spots on the Billboard 200 chart and disappointing second week sales. Lloyd Banks replied on his mixtape Mo' Money In The Bank Pt. 5: Gang Green Season Continues with a song called "Showtime (The Game's Over)". Lloyd Banks states that Jackson wrote half of The Game's first album The Documentary and pokes fun at The Game's suicidal thoughts.

In October 2006, The Game extended a peace treaty to Jackson, which was not immediately replied to.[122] However, a couple days later, on Power 106, he stated that the treaty was only offered for one day.[123] On The Game's album, Doctor's Advocate, he claims that the feud is over on a few of the songs.

In July 2009, The Game stated the beef was squashed with help from Michael Jackson and Diddy,[124] and he apologized for his actions during the beef.[125] Tony Yayo said that neither Jackson or G-Unit would accept his apology.[126] Since then, The Game continued his old "G-Unot" ways at live concerts. Jackson released "So Disrespectful" a diss song on Before I Self Destruct targeting Jay-Z, The Game and Young Buck.[127] Game later responded with the song "Shake", poking fun of the music video for 50's single "Candy Shop", quote, "Me and 50 aint agreeing on shit so I had to (Shake) Aint no telling what he putting in that protein (Shake) Seen the candy shop video look at this nigga (Shake) And thats the same shit that made the nigga Young Buck (Shake)". He also takes shots at Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo, in which he says, "I'm surprised that Lloyd Banks and Yayo didn't (Shake) Wasn't selling no records Jimmy Iovine said (Shake)". Game also dissed G-Unit several times on the song "400 Bars".

BEEF WITH RICK ROSS (most recent)
In January 2009, Rick Ross started a feud with 50 Cent because he supposedly looked at him the wrong way at the BET Awards. However, Jackson told news sources that he did not even remember seeing Rick Ross there.[128] In late January, a track entitled "Mafia Music" by Rick Ross, leaked onto the Internet. There were several lines that seem to diss Jackson. Days later, Jackson released "Officer Ricky (Go Head, Try Me)" in response to Rick Ross's disparaging remarks on his "Mafia Music" song. The next day Rick Ross appeared on Shade 45, and told Jackson to come up with something better in 24 hours.

Before going to Venezuela, Jackson uploaded a video entitled "Warning Shot", where he warns Rick Ross: "I'ma fuck your life up for fun". In addition, Jackson released the first of a series of "Officer Ricky" cartoons. Early February, Jackson once again made a video which he uploaded to YouTube where he interviews "Tia", the mother of one of Rick Ross's children. She verifies his being a correctional officer and claims his whole persona is fake and fraudulent.[129] On Thursday, February 5, 2009, The Game, who Jackson has a long-standing "beef" with, called up Seattle's KUBE 93 Radio Station. When asked about the beef between Jackson and Rick Ross, The Game sided with Jackson and said that things are not looking good for Rick Ross. However, he offered to help Rick Ross get out of this situation, stating "Rick Ross, holla at your boy, man," and "50 eating you, boy."[130]

On his album Deeper Than Rap, Ross references Jackson in the song "In Cold Blood". A video for the song was released that portrayed Jackson's mock funeral. Upon release, Ross stated that he has ended Jackson's career.[131]

In an interview, Jackson said: "Rick Ross is Albert From CB4. You ever seen the movie? He's Albert," he added. "It never gets worse than this. You get a guy that was a correctional officer come out and base his entire career on writing material from a drug dealer's perspective such as "Freeway" Ricky Ross.

He has released two other albums- Curtis in 2007, and BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT in 2009. Bothe the albums didn't match the success of his previous albums. Before I self Destruct managed to sell just 500,000 copies in the U.S.

50 Cent Made $8.7 Million

Yeah, you read it right; 50 Cent just made $8.7 million, although it wasn't off his music. It is great to read that a man that made it out of the hood would be making some Wall Street money- 50 cent made that off shares in...
Rapper 50 Cent made $8.7 million in paper money on Monday thanks to some tweets. The singer helped pop the shares of the penny stock of H&H Imports, in which he has a stake, by talking it up on Twitter over the weekend, the paper said. H&H owns a marketing firm called TV Goods that was founded by Kevin Harrington of ABC reality show Shark Tank fame, according to the paper. H&H stock gained 29 cents to 39 cents on Monday. That helped boost the value of the singer's stake by $8.7 million, the Post said. 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, received 30 million shares of H&H in a private placement last October. In March, the firm's auditor raised questions about its ability "to continue as a going concern." (Hollywood Reporter)

Despite the sudden growth in stock, there is speculation on the company's stability.
Of course, Jackson's hype won't fix the cash-flow problems at H&H. The company lost $1.3 million last quarter on revenues of just $292,933. As of Sept. 30, the company has accumulated a deficit of $3.3 million and in March its auditor raised questions about its ability "to continue as a going concern," the company has said in financial documents. Okay, let me do the math- 50 cent has over 3 million followers on twitter, and some of them would have re-tweeted that message to million other friends (the wonderful power of twitter), so let's say, overall, about 12 million people read his tweets, and with his famous money making abilities, a lot of people would go on and purchase the stock...hmm!!! Good looking 50...that's some smart way to hustle. I respect any man that know how to make that money legitimately- even though i might not really be big on 50's music as of late, i still respect his money making tactics.

More on Young Buck

I just can't stop myself from typing up post on Young Buck anytime i see any news about him, because i am really feeling his pain at this moment. For a man to be held against his will for so long can be very frustrating. If you didn't know, young buck has not been able to release any full lenght album since he left G-Unit, because 50 cent has to let him out of his deal, or give him permission for him to do anything, and 50 is not ready to do that right now.

Below is what he had o say about his relationship with Dr Dre:

"Dr. Dre is an individual who I wish I heard from at some point in time because his voice in my situation would means a lot. He don't have to on my side or [50 Cent's] side, but just say something, bro. I even told Game to say 'what's up' to Dre for me, but I haven't heard anything..I haven't received an email or spoken to Dre in three years...I haven't heard from Dr. Dre or Eminem... not to say my situation is any part of their business but at a point in time I was sitting in front of these dudes. And I'm not looking for them to take sides or anything, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is being done to me from their artist." (VIBE)

I think from what i read, EMINEM  or Dre would have helped him out if he had left the g-unit peacefully, and not release diss track at them. Let us look at it this way, you live your father's house, and start saying negative things about him, and then you want to get married, and you want him to be present and give you his blessings...i don't think it works that way. He would have tried to be diplomatic about the whole thing, and maybe he would have gotten a positive response from 50 cent. Or at least, then he would have been able to go to people to help him talk to 50.

young buck vs 50 cent

Former G-UNIT member, "young buck" was not as lucky as "game" with his departure from the clique, in that he was signed directly by 50 CENT himself to g-unit, so he has been going through rough times for the last 2 years. I actually feel for him at this point, because, asides from putting out mixtapes, he can not put out a full length studio album unless 50 allows it, or he gets out of his contract, but 50 ain't ready to do that. I guess buck should have thought about that before making the move to exit the unit.

50 can be a devil, the way he is stalling the future of this young black man, in a bid to punish him for his actions. Below is what buck had to say about the situation:

I just hope he get's his act together before people forget about him. He has more to say below:

I remember hearing 50CENT'S "piggybank" record and i was like, "what! how can you go against some of the best rappers to come out of new york, "jadakiss", "nas" and "fat joe", but i guess he wanted to get people talking. He succeeded in doing that, and also in selling million of records off of that, for his second album, THE MASSACRE.

In the midst of all the beef, nas never replied, claiming 50 was not on his level lyrically and and experience wise, so he just did some interviews, and a line here and there, but no ETHER for 50 cent. One of the tracks that had some subliminal lines aimed at 50 from nas was a "game" track, STREET RIDERS, that featured "akon.

Below is what "black wall street dj", DJ SKEE, had this to say about the track:

Included on the tape is "Street Riders," on which guest MC Nas references Pharrell Williams by name and throws some subliminals at 50 Cent. "I showed n---as their first Bentley/ How the f--- I window shop?" he raps. "We've actually had it done forever," Skee said. "It was actually supposed to be on the Doctor's Advocate album. It didn't make it for one reason or another. There's been a bunch of different reincarnations of the song. ... I actually have eight different versions of the song. Game, he went back in. He said, 'It's time to do it.' Cool & Dre did the beat. So we was like, 'Let's throw it on the mixtape. It's probably never going to come out other than that.' I played a snippet of it on the radio years ago, and fans have been going crazy since then. We threw that on. Game did two new verses. He wanted to make it more relevant for today. You have a crazy Nas verse. Akon kills the hook. It's one of the craziest, darkest Cool & Dre beats. It's one of my favorite Game records ever. So it's finally out, Brake Lights, it's official." I would like to hear that track, because if you put nas, game, cool n dre and akon together, you can only get a banger.

young buck turns down G-UNIT re-union.

The former G-UNIT soldier and nashville rapper, YOUNG BUCK, said at a recent concert that he is not ever considering a g-unit re-union. It came in the wake of some recent interviews where west coast rapper, and former g-unit member THE GAME, said he could go along with a g-unit re-union, solely for the commercial/financial benefit it would bring for the both party's(he and 50 cent.). It surprised a lot of people, including me; because GAME always had something negative to say about all the members of g-unit in the past, and he sure was instrumental to their downfall, and to say he would consider joining forces with them again will surprise anybody that knows the history of their beef.

I guess he is trying to be mature about it, but BUCK wants non of that.

Below is what young buck had to say:

"I just want to get this out real quick and make sure to let all my people out there know one thing, as far as the G-Unit reunion sh*t on me, I ain't with that sh*t," Buck told a crowd of concert fans. "We got too much unfinished business to happen, 50. I'm not with none of that sh*t -- I just want to make sure we get that clear. I'm not with it my n*gga, you took a real n*gga through too much my n*gga. If you want war, we gonna go to war [and] we gonna do this sh*t in a real street way until one of us dies my n*gga. I'll play that game with you. It's only right, somebody's gotta do this in a real way...Even if I lose my life in being a real n*gga, one thing y'all motherf*ckers know is that [I] was a real n*gga...When a n*gga playing with a n*gga's life then you treat a n*gga with no emotions. You take a n*gga's life. So either meet me in h*ll or heaven, f*ck you, f*ck G-Unit." (EME T.V.)

After i read this, i just couldn't believe this was the same buck that, 4 years ago, was, at every chance he got shouting G-UNIT!!! I just feel for him right now, because it shows that he is going through a lot, because 50 CENT just left him in LIMBO! for the last 2 years. He didn't release him from his contract, and buck can't do anything(any recordings, or album releases, except from mixtapes) unless 50 releases him; or he ends his contract with 50. He, unlike GAME, was signed directly under G-UNIT, so he can't just jump ship like that. I guess he should have weighed his options before making that move.

WHAT IS YOUNG BUCK'S FATE WITH G-UNIT?

YOUNG BUCK, former G-UNIT member, is asking for a "one on one' with 50 CENT. I remember when buck was kicked out of the unit sometime in 2008, and he started making a lot of noise about how he would make it on his own, how g-unit was all "show money". He even made a couple of diss records, and was always dissing the unit at his concerts/shows. He was quick to appear in THE GAME'S video, MY LIFE. It is just funny that he now wants to have a one on one with 50 to iron out his matter.

I think buck wasn't thinking well when he made his decision, cos he would have thought of the fact that 50 has his contract, and as long as 50 does not let him go, he would just be a frustrated artist. And knowing 50 for the kind of cruel person he can be at times, buck would probably be hanging for a long time to come. I don't think there is anything more frustrating than that.

Buck must have thought he could go the "game" route, but he should have realized that they were not in the same situation. Compton rapper, GAME, was signed directly to DR DRE, and just got linked with g-unit to get some buzz for his upcoming debut album(the documentary), back then in 2005; That is why game could get off that easy and still make music. Looking back, i think game did a pretty unbelievable thing going against 50, and not even having any of his label's backing.

As for buck, i feel the dude, and i like him, and i think he made the decision based on how frustrated an artist he was at the time. Think about it, how can you be a well known international rap artist, and yet you live on show money, and do not have much to call your own. The must of the cars you drive, and the chains you wear belong to the boss, 50. How can you be living to make someone Else's life better; that person being 50. I can remember buck saying he never got any check while he was at the unit, and the management at g-unit made some claims that he had made in excess of 10 million while with them.

I just feel for buck right now, because time is ticking, and the longer 50 holds him down, and stops him from putting out anything new, the more forgotten he would be. Hell, 50 himself doesn't even have the kind of clout he had from about 4 years ago.

But i have to say buck has to keep a low profile and think of the best actions to take before making a move. I remember seeing a movie where this girl wanted to run away from her mom cos the mom was always giving her a tough time, and this cop caught her and brought her back, and on the way to meet the mom, the cop told her this "you will live her, but make your move at the right time; not now, not like this". What that means is that buck would have thought of a better way to leave the u-nit and not by the outburst that got him to be stranded till date.

A couple of weeks ago, he dropped another diss attacking 50, LLOYD BANKS and TONY YAYO; and then a couple of days later, he is begging for a one on one with 50. He is hot and cold, he needs to sit down and plan how he can come out of his contract, whether he would have to drop the stipulated number of albums that are on the contract or find someone to buy him off, that is if 50 allows that.

I just wish him luck, cos after game left, he became my favorite on the unit.

BEANIE SIGEL, 50 CENT AND JAY-Z

When I heard BEANIE SIGEL say, during a recent interview, that he would not stop going in on JAY-Z until jay replies him, I knew he meant every word. The dude is not showing any sign of stopping; and the backing he has from 50 CENT just gives it that much velocity.

Beanie sigel recently commented on the remix of jay-z’s third single off of BLUEPRINT 3, “empire state of mind” which is rumoured to feature NAS. To his understanding, he believes that jay is just trying to stir up more controversy, or more like, trying to pull someone into the beef, without that person’s knowledge.

From Beanie’s analogy, he believes that jay would take shorts at him and 50 on the track, subliminally or directly, and then, because nas would be on the track, he believes that 50 and Beans would take that as offensive, and go against nas, which would start a whole new beef.

Well, those are sigel’s analysis; how true it is, we do not know. But if I were to analyse it, if jay was planning on dissing he and 50 on that track, which beans already confirms jay would do, then him having nas on it would definitely open up a new lane of beef, and then jay would just sit back and let someone else fight his war. That was what he did with his beef with JADAKISS; by pulling sigel into it, he didn’t have to drop any diss records. He did it with CAMRON too, when he pushed TRUE LIFE in front of cam.

We can’t say much for now, because the track is not even confirmed, but the rumours about is on about every hip hop site on the internet. I know that before long, probably in the next two weeks or so, we would get some answers, and know what is really on jigga’s mind.

I do need to add something, my point of view, to this whole analogy sigel has got going; that being that I do not think nas would respond to either him or 50. If that track ever drops, if it even exists, then I think that would be a big day for jay. I say this because it was rumoured that jay wanted nas on the original version, but he(nas) declined the offer. Nas was asked about this on various interviews, but he always seemed to skip the question. For this alone, you would know that nas is not really into doing this collaboration with jay; and if you do not know why I would like to educate you a little.

Without saying too much, I would like to tell you that nas has done this same “theme song for NEW YORK” concept 3 times during his career. 2 times on his first and third albums, “illmatic”, and “I AM”, and the tracks were titled “NEW YORK state of mind”, and “NEW YORK state of mind part 2”. Then, about 3-4 years ago, he did a third one, as a collaborative effort with RAKIM, and guess who was on the track? None other than yours truly, ALICIA KEYS.

Now, does the fact that jay’s “theme song about NEW YORK” is titled “empire state of mind” ring a bell? And then he went and featured Alicia keys, the same person nas used for his third version. I think this should tell you why nas didn’t want to be on the original (which is not a real original). I think at this point I can say jay stole nas’s idea; I can even go further to say that jay is a big nas fan.

I am sorry for going off the topic; back to what I was talking about. I said I do not think nas would reply beans and 50 if it ever happened that there is a remix of “empire state of mind”, and nas was on it, and jay dissed beans and 50; if all this were to happen, I still do not think nas would reply beans if he dissed him. I wouldn’t say nas is bigger than that, but I think nas is wiser than allowing himself to be caught-up in another man’s beef.

This whole beanie sigel 50 cent rampage has had a lot of people talking, and people are concluding that 50 is just using beans to get at jay. When he was asked, beans simply said, and I quote, “if he is using me, I am using him too”. I think that is a justifiable statement, because we all know 50 got the dough, and he can afford to push all sigel’s attacks towards jay in the best possible way, and also beans is getting all the publicity surrounding 50, whether negative or positive, at least he is being talked about. If the price he has to pay for all that is to backstab a former friend, who by the way does not regard him as a friend any more, then so be it. What do you have to loose from a so called friend who had you escorted out of his concert venue, by the police? A friend that would do the same, if it meant it would take him higher up the ladder of success; nothing.

50 CENT, BEANIE SIGEL AND JAY-Z, WHAT'S UP?

The war is on, and i think 50 is going to ride it till his latest album, "before i self destruct", stops selling the peanuts it is selling. Now, the war, on the other hand, is very one sided, because JAY-Z has not responded yet.

If you don't catch my drift, i am talking about the ongoing beef between BEANIE SIGEL and 50 CENT versus JAY-Z. The funny thing is that it started off with beanie saying he just had to let some things off his chest, and he dropped a song, "average cat", which he said was not a diss record but just a song to address some personal issues between him and jay-z, his former boss.

All of a sudden, 50 saw it as a way to get some buzz because he was about to drop an album, which, by the way, dropped last week, and still flopped, compared to 50's standards(standards he created, and laid so much emphasis on through out his career).

Then, last week, they dropped a collaborative diss track aimed at jay, "go off", where 50 does the hook, and talks at the end, but beans did all the rapping.

And then, just a couple of days ago, on Sunday, beans dropped another diss record, "how i can kill jigga man". And he has dropped another one after that; saying he would not stop until jay responds.

I don't know what this would lead to, and i do not know if jay is going to respond, but i do know that 50 and beans would definitely not stop because they have a lot to gain; 50 has an album, and he needs the buzz he would get from this, and beans is working on a new album.

Another reason why i feel they are not bluffing about not stopping is because, right now, 50 sucks at rapping, but he is definitely good at clowning people, and bringing people down, which he would resort to right now; and beans can rap all day, and given all the financial support, and moral support by 50, there is no stopping him, at least for now.

Below is what 50 had to say during a recent interview, when asked what he felt about what jay-z said at the AMA's.

"He said that before," Fif explained to DJ Green Lantern. "I didn't really take that as a disrespect. If you wanna be disrespectful, just be disrespectful. I mean, once we start I'm not gonna stop. I'll make you aware of that. You see what I'm saying? I'm not the kinda guy that goes away. You understand that? So if that's the kind of energy we're getting ready to go to, then let's do it." 50 CENT EXPLAINS LOW PROJECTION ON ALBUM SALE.

I just knew 50 CENT would come up with an excuse for the low sales of his BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT album; why not just take the failure like a man. Me for one, i hate to blame anybody if i fail in anything.

50 has come out to blame the people that took the album overseas for leaking the album. Okay, even if they did leak it, every other person that is selling now had his/her album leaked before it was released. Jay's album was leaked, and it has gone plat, and hell it is still selling 30k plus a week; that would probably be what 50 would sell in his second week.

Eminem's album was leaked, and he has gone platinum, and we never heard him complain that the leak didn't make him sell like he planned to.

I predicted this in 2005; i said 50 would become irrelevant after his 3rd album. And just see how he is flopping with his 4th album; with all the promo he put behind it. I am sure JIMMY IOVINE would be tired of his ass by now. Or 50 is probably spending his private cash on his recent projects. I knew LLOYD BANKS and TONY YAYO didn't have their contracts renewed with INTERSCOPE records because they are no longer moving units like they used to. I wonder if JIMMY would want to re-sign 50 after this one.

I do not hate 50, i just like going in hard on him like this, because he was a very arrogant prick when he was at the top. He made more enemies than friends. Now he is selling the same amount of copies that the artist he used to make fun of. What a pity.

NEWS ON 50 CENT'S BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT ALBUM.

I wonder if artist do not think of the power the titles to their albums have on the actual project before naming it. I remember when DMX named his 4th album, THE GREAT DEPRESSION, i just knew that the end of his career was not far away.

When 50 named his recent album, "before i self destruct", i wondered if he did not think of the impact of the title on the prject; i actually thought he was going to change the title along the way, but he stuck to it, and now look what has happened.

50 cent's album, which was finally released on tuesday, 16th nov 2009, after about 14 months of delay, has been projected to sell just about 160k. I think "what goes aroud comes around". I remember 50 making fun of artist that had this kind of first week sales. I pray for him that the album would atleast go GOLD, so he does not kill himself.

50 built his career on controversy, beefing rap veterans, because at the time he was selling millions; now that the chips are down, i wonder if he would still be as cocky as he is used to being.

OMG! I still can't believe this are going to be his actual numbers; and to think that JIMMY IOVINE had to pull some strings so that his 2 weeks itune sales could be included in the total first week sales, that is just a sorry case.

There are even sourses saying he might not even do up to 160k, maybe like 140k, OMG! I remember predicting his sales around 150-350k, i was actually thinking he would be somewhere in the middle. But i trust 50 and the machines behind him, they would make some further adjustments; buy some records to save 50's face.

I kind of knew all along that he wouldn't sell platinum(one million copies) with this album. I just wish him luck with his life after rap, because i know he would get frustrated and finally retire from rap.

Like an NFL coaching staff making in-game adjustments on the fly, Interscope's Jimmy Iovine and Steve Berman did some last-minute maneuvering around the release of 50 Cent's Before I Self Destruct following worldwide Internet leaks weeks prior to the original street date. In rapid succession, they pushed forward the physical release date from Nov. 23 to Nov. 17 -- the soonest the CD could be manufactured and shipped -- while also working out a one-week exclusive with iTunes for the digital album, to take effect Nov. 10. In return, iTunes agreed to go against its standard policy and "locked" the album, with only the single available a la carte, selling 46k album downloads during the exclusive window. Additionally, the compilers of the charts agreed to include the initial iTunes sales in the total for first week of general release, which is now looking in the 140-150k range. I think the tables have turned. And it is so funny that this is the same period that JARULE is trying to make a come-back in the rap game.

50 CENT TEAMS UP WITH BEANIE SIGEL TO GO AT JAY-Z.

I knew it was just a matter of time before 50 CENT would pick up BEANIE SIGEL and make him go harder at JAY-Z. If you don't know, that is what 50 does; he uses his money and affluence to tear groups apart. He did it with the DIPSET CREW, when he got JIM JONES and JUELZ SANTANNA to go on stage with him when his beef with CAMRON was still on; he did it with PAPOOSE and REMY MA against FAT JOE (He went on radio with REMY MA and PAPOOSE and made negative comments about joe and made them laugh at it' he also promised pap a deal with G-UNIT), He promised J-Hhood a deal and made him go on stage with G-UNIT when the G-UNIT/D-BLOCK beef was on...And the least goes on.

BEANIE SIGEL and 50 CENT have a track out dissing JAY-Z, titled "I GO OFF". That is the second diss track beanie sigel would be releasing going at jay-z in the last 3 weeks.

This dude(50 cent) knows how powerful money is, so he dangles a corn infront of the donkey, and the donkey keeps moving in the direction of the corn, but never getting the corn.

50's album is dropping in days, and he needs some buzz to hype up the album, and he uses a bitter man's misery for that. Beanie sigel is currently fighting jay for not being of help to him, and also not letting him off his contract, and what does 50 do, he uses that opportunity to help Sigel amp-up what he has to say, in return for more light on him. You just watch how fast he would drop beans as soon as his 'BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT ALBUM' drops. I just really feel bad for sigel, because this would realy not take him anywhere, unless he has a really solid plan, because i don't see anything he would gain from this.

"Yeah, you changed man," 50 says toward the song's completion. "You let the money change you, Jay. You used to be from Marcy, [Brooklyn] n*gga. Now you a pass the Grey Poupon a** n*gga. What 50 is said is funny, cos it's like he is talking about himself. 50 made tones of enemies once he got the money and the fame, and he is talking about the money changing someone.

I got to say i ain't on JAY'S side either, i am just saying 50 can not justify that statement. And as per beef, jay would tear him apart. It would have been more interesting to see a battle between GAME and JAY-Z.

50 CENT'S 'BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT' ALBUM LANDS NUMBER 1 SPOT ON ITUNES.

50 CENT'S fourth album, BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT has reportedly landed at the number 1 spot on the digital store, itunes. The album is moving digital units, i am happy for dude. I am always happy for anybody that is making money in this recession.

Okay, that apart, i would like to predict what the actual physical copies of the album would sell when it hits stores next week tuesday, on the 16th. From my analysis, REAKWON'S album, ONLY BUILT FOR CUBAN LINKS, was ahead of JAY-Z'S BLUEPRINT 3 at itunes, but when the albums dropped physically, jay sold over 400k and rae sold a whopping 86k. I am not dissing my nigga rae in anyway, i am just trying to state a point. When you are talking digital, you know anybody can buy from any part of the world at the exact time it goes on sale, but physical sales don't work like that.

50 has a lot more fans internationally than in AMERICA at this point in his career, so it is only natural that he sells more internationally, so if you ask me what i think he would sale in the U.S, i would say between 150-350k, nothing more, but he could sell less, i can't really say, but i stand by that range.

50 CENT PREDICTS A FLOP OF TRIPPLE C'S ALBUM

50 CENT has been running his mouth everyday for the last 4 weeks or so, saying one thing or the other about every rap artist trying to put in some work. Some of the things he says are true and useful, some, he says just out of envy. We all know he is about to drop a new album, his 4th album, and he is just trying to stay in the news.



He has been going back and forth with rick ross, since their summer beef started, but now, he is predicting that TRIPPLE C'S, the rap group that RICK ROSS put together, in which rick himself is a member, is going to flop when their album drops.

Below is what he had to say about it:



"[The public] is looking for the actual death blow to impact immediately," Fif said in an interview. "The death blow, when I hit you with it, you gotta wait six months later. It's dead. He's dead. When I threw the death blow to Fat Joe, it was [2008's] Elephant In The Sand and then six months later, new CD comes out and he sells 8,300 copies. Threw the death blow to Rick, boom, six months later, Triple C's CD come Tuesday, you gonna find what those numbers are and you're gonna fall out. You're gonna identify with the death blow. They can break ten [thousand copies] if they buy some. They can buy some. I don't know [all their names]. We know the police officer. We know the one that got knocked out. We know the kid from the Bronx. He's the tough one, right? The other guy, he wasn't sure if he wanted dreads or he wanted a flat top...People are developing this thing with me where they feel like I'm the bad guy, like I have bad intentions. It's not actually true, actually, I'd like to speak with the kids and tell them, 'Please, do not be this. Do not be like this.' [laughs] You understand?" (My Place)





I do not always believe when 50 says he is killing people's careers. Why wasn't he able to kill GAME'S career. I think it is just simple; he just jumps on people he already knows, through statistics, and how they are doing on radio, that is certain are not going to do so well, and he claims he brought them down. He is just as irrelevant as the people he claims he is bringing down, musically, but he just has more money to throw around and make things happen.



He predicted that they would not do more than 10k, i think he is wrong. Even though i know they would not do any huge numbers, clearly because they are not so popular as a group, i still believe they would move something between 20-40k.



50 be running his mouth all the time, lets see if his album would go platinum this time. I know he would talk less when he finds himself dead at 800k total sales for this album.

50 CENT ON GAME AGAIN.

50 CENT is at it again, you can’t expect less from him any time he is about to drop a new album. But I think going at a THE GAME again, is really not a good option. 50 cent recently made some negative comments about Compton rapper, game, in an interview, bringing up the past and talking about “the game” G-UNOT campaign and saying he did not get what game was trying to do with the whole movement. He then further talks about games alleged stripper past, and also claims that game was actually stripping for his mom’s strip club, how funny is that.

I think when 50 found out that the moment he has dreaded all this while had come, and his album was really going to drop, after he had been pushing the release date forward for the last 10 months or so, he thought he had to do something to gain some last minute buzz. Also, the fact that he would be going against RIHANNA and KONVICT MUSIC sign –on, LADY GAGA, on his November 23 release date he knew that he had to do something fast to save face. He even dissed LIL WAYNE about two months ago, but wayne was smart enough to ignore him. Then he, out of no where, brought back his beef with FAT JOE, mocking the first week sales of joe’s latest album (J.O.S.E 2).

After I heard that DR DRE had called up game to guest appear on his long awaited album, DETOX, I knew 50 cent would start catching feelings. I guess it is clear to all the people that game is a talented artist now, because people were always writing him off after the publicized beef with 50. They kept saying 50 wrote all his songs, and made him who he was. Okay, I agree that 50 wrote the hooks for the main hits on documentary, but it would not have translated to a hit album if game was not a terrific rapper. And I guess the good doc knows this and had to get him on his album. And it’s funny that it was after snoop, dre and STAT QUO had been in the studio for months recording, and they just felt there was something missing, and snoop talked dre into calling game to add his flavour to the album.

I can’t really say if game would reply to 50’s recent comments, and I do not know if I want him to respond or not. I kind of wonder what would be the outcome of all this, because I know that dre and 50 are still cool, and snoop is cool with 50, but the fact that snoop and dre are in the studio everyday with 50’s enemy, I hope 50 can stand that And i wonder if they would run into each other one day at the studio. I actually thought he was going to squash the beef with game, after game got back with dre, but I guess he is still jealous. He kind of wished game would not make it this far. He thought that game would be washed up after the second album. Hell, he didn’t even believe the album would go platinum.

I can actually say 50 has been watching game’s career, and praying for him to flop at every drop of a new album. I remember in 2006, when game dropped his second album, THE DOCTOR’S ADVOCATE, 50 kept following the sales. There was a time game’s sales reached 800k copies, and the sales slowed, and then every other interview, 50 would mock game and talk about how he sold so much when he helped him, and how now he could not go plat. Then the album managed to reach 900k copies, and 50 knew exactly how many copies the album had sold, because he was quoting the sales in every interview. Then game dropped the video for “wouldn’t get far”, with KANYE WEST, and the single boosted the album to platinum status (1 million copies), and I never heard anything from 50 again.


Let us forget sales, game has shown massive improvement since his first album, and he would keep on growing and dropping dope music. Yes he might be bi-polar, yes he might be a name dropper, but you just can’t deny the fact that the kid is nice on the mic.

FAT JOE AND 50 CENT AGAIN.

I hate it when people say 50 CENT destroyed JARULE's career, JA was already dropping, and it was not like 50 went at him all by himself, he had EMINEM,BUSTA RHYMES, and even the legendary DR DRE going at ja with him. So,i would not completely agree that he solely destroyed ja with those diss records, and gimmicks he had going. And i will also not buy into the idea that 50 was the sole reason for FAT JOE'S J.O.S.E 2, selling so low. It did just 8,300 first week, and people, and all the damn bloggers are saying 50 has killed him. Why didn't 50 kill RICK ROSS, with all the effort he put into destroying him. He only made ricky make one of the best albums of 2009.

Fat joe was having problems with his record label, and didn't get enough publicity for the album. Hell, i am a fan, and i didn't even know he was dropping till like a week to the time. So, it is clear that a lot other people didn't know too. I am not saying he would have sold millions if they did know, he has not been known to sell millions through his career, but i guarantee he would have sold at least more decent than that. All the people that keep saying 50 killed this person or that person, what would you say about somebody that had his first two albums selling over 10 million copies each, then he drops his third album(CURTIS), and he barely sells over a million copies? What would you say about that? Did he kill himself?

Please, let us stop listening to what the crowd think is so, and think for our selves for once. Forget sales, if an album has boring wack songs, then you can say it ain't good, but if you just judge it on sales, without listening, then that's just a shame on you.

HAS 50 CENT FINALLY CRACKED THE WINNING FORMULAR.

For several months now, 50 CENT has been trying to get enough buzz to get out his 4th album 'BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT'. He dropped a single sometime last year, 'GET UP', but could not gather enough buzz to drop the album. Then he went on his dis-oriented formular, by going at T.I, LIL WAYNE, e.t.c. That didn't work, so he did the opposite and started making peace with his former rivals like, JOE BUDDEN, JADAKISS, STYLES P, SHEEK LOUCH, DIPSET CREW...

I kind of respect him for swallowing his pride, and realizing he really needed to keep it positive with his NEW YORK rap brethrens. But it's his latest single with NEYO, 'have a baby by me'. I am not a big 50 cent fan, but this song is a sure banger. The beat is banging; the hook he does before neyo's chorus comes on is on point, and neyo's chorus is the icing on the cake.

I hope this attempt would help get him more acceptance, because it sure ain't as rosy for 50 as it used to be. His album is set to drop sometime this month.
