Prodigy Talks About Squashing Beef With Nas

Prodigy of the Super Rap group, Mobb Deep had beef with Nas around 2001. I still don't know what caused the beef as they had been cool through out the 90's. In fact, they made a lot of beautiful songs in the 90's...from Family on Nas's Nastradamus album; to It's Mine on Mobb Deep's Murder Muzik album, and a whole lot of other great tracks.

I just copied the the link to the Nas and Damian Marley new video, Land of The Promise, off the Distant Relatives Video. I was really glad to see this video up, after seeing the video for Sabali (patience), just last month. Finally, the album is getting some recognition through all this videos.land of promise

Mobb Deep and Nas on New Collabo Track

It is wonderful to know that Mobb Deep and Nas can actually work together again after feuding for considerable number of years. Back in 2001, it was a crazy war...Jay-Z was going at Nas and Mobb Deep, Nas was going at Jay-Z and Mobb Deep (more at Prodigy than havoc), and Mobb Deep was going at Jay-Z and Nas. It was just really crazy, but what surprised me was the Mobb Deep going at Nas issue. I have always been a nas fan and became a mobb deep fan because of the collabos they did together...LIVE NIGGER RAP on Nas's It Was Written album back in 1996, and on that same album, havoc did the hook of a track titled The Set up...Then you had them together twice in 1999; first on Mobb Deeps Murda Muzik album on a track titled It's Mine, and later on Nas's 4th album, Nastradamus on a track called FAMILY.

When i now heard about the beef, i could not believe it, because they had always been good together. And when mobb deep signed with 50 cent, who was going at nas at the time, Prodigy continued throwing shorts at nas. I am glad nas didn't reply him. Anyway, it is all good now, and they have a track together titled "dog shit". Prodigy just got out of jail last month, and has been doing a lot of collabs...i guess getting locked can make you reflect on your life.

Nas Shares His Views on Gaddafi & Also Updates on Lost Tapes2

Nas has been touring the world with Damian Marley on the Distant Relatives tour for more than 16 months now, and his fans can't wait to get something new from him. His lost tapes 2 compilation, which is ready and was meant to drop dec 2010, was not supported by his label, Def Jam, so, it has been stashed back into the vaults.

He is planing to end the global tour in Africa and he shares his views on Libyan leader, Gaddafi.

Nas is currently on tour with fellow collaborator Damian Marley, trekking through not only the U.S., but also Australia, Japan, Europe, and Africa. In an interview with misformusic.com, Nas said the Distant Relatives jaunt will see a finale in Africa, although the exact locations are not yet clear.

Nas also gave his opinion on Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, taking a tone that is not at all popular in Western media. "I never saw Gaddafi as an enemy," he said. "I see him as someone who is misunderstood. I think a revolution in Libya is important and I just hate to see that the people are against him or he has to be against [them]…I just don't like that." He added that U.S. intervention may be a good idea as long as it is intelligent.

The QB rapper also said that he's quite interested in recording another album with Damian Marley, even as his Lost Tapes Vol. 2 has garnered increasing anticipation from fans. Unfortunately, he says changes to the Def Jam label thwarted his plans to release the album in December of 2010. "I kinda got away from [the album] and I started working on my new album," he explained. "…so maybe Lost Tapes later down the road but the new album first. Who knows, I'm trying to figure it out now."

Nas' newest project is as of yet untitled.

Game Talks About Nas's Reaction to "The Kill" and a Possible collaboration

One thing i know Game has accomplished that a lot of his contemporaries have not is the relationship he has with a lot of the Greats in the rap game (asides from Jay-Z). I mean, the dude has a song on his mixtape (purp and patron) where he features Dog E. Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, and K.R.S 1- the song is nothing short of classic. I guess it is this same quality that had him falling out with 5o cent, cos 50 wanted him to beef with Fat Joe, Jadakiss and Nas. Those are New York Rap legends- in fact, they are rap veterans, period! 50 might have all the money in the world, but he does not have that love from other rappers. I guess 50 is just in it for the money.

Anyway, back to the story. Last week, game talked about how nas hit him up with a text message propping him over the quality of his latest mixtape (purp and patron), with enphasis on The Kill. He said he hit Nas back, but nas didn't respond. Read about it below-
"You know Nas went through the whole Kelis thing, and he been going through some sh*t," Game explained in an interview. "He was staying low. Then he put the album out that he had with Damian Marley. He had to tour that. But, when I dropped the [Purp & Patron] tape, I got a f*cking text from a 917 number. I was like, 'Who the f*ck is this?' I open the text up, and all it says is 'N*gga. It's Esco. The tape is crazy son. 'The Kill' -- crazy son.' Then I replied to the n*gga like 'Yo yo yo yo.' Then the n*gga disappeared on me (laughs). He's like phantom my n*gga (laughs). He just came in to say that 'The Kill' and the tape was crazy, then that n*gga went on and away." (Baller Status)

He also talked about a possible collaboration between him and Nas on The R.E.D album.
"But I love him for sh*t like that man," Game added. "Then he hit me back the next day, and said he was getting on a plane that's why he ain't respond. Then he hit me back the next day and said he'd be in LA in a week. He said he was going to come and listen to all my songs, give me his whole input on the album, then find a song right for us, and he's going to do it. Hopefully that sees the light of day, because n**** this f***ing album [R.E.D. Album] is nothing short of a miracle man." (Baller Status)


They have always made beautiful music together, so, i do not expect anything short of another great track. Their first collaboration was on Nas's "hip hop is dead" album titled HUSTLERS (A Dre Dre produced track); the they did the "why you hate the game" track on game's DOCTOR'S ADVOCATE the same year (2006). Two years later, there was another collaboration on Nas's UNTITLED album, the track also featured CHRIS BROWN- and then, the same year, 2008, they appeared together on "letter to the king", on L.A.X. With all this tracks, it is enough reason for them to go into the studio again.

Duo Producers Sean C and LV Commented on The Nas And Reakwon Collabo Track

The track title is "Rich & Black2, and it is to appear on Raekwon's upcoming album- Shaolin Vs Wu-Tang scheduled to drop later this year. The duo producers (Sean C & LV) that worked on the production commented on it.

Hmm! It is cool to know that this OG's of rap can still make headlines like this.
Below is what rae had to say about the whole collabo:

"It definitely sounds like vintage Rae and Nas again," Rae said about their leaked track. "I [saw] Nas across seas, we had a show together, and we talked about a lot of things," Rae explained about how the two linked up. "We went from "A through Z ", how we felt about things what was goin on at the time, and by thegrace of God we was able to get this thing happenin' again. That was definitely one of the surprise things that I wanted to alert the fans with, just to let em know that my brother came up [for] air for me and I know through his busy schedule, in the back of his mind he was like 'Yo I gotta come up for Rae.'" Jay Electronica Says Nas is One of The Greatest to Ever Do It

I feel good when ever i read stuff like this- Jay Electronica Says Nas is One of The Greatest To Ever Do It. Remember that this is one of the new breed of rappers, even though he is really lyrical and not so young and all. And also, he just signed a deal with Roc Nation, Jay-Z's imprint. It is funny that 2 rappers under that label, J.cole and Jay Electronica have said it that they more or less look up to Nas, and studied him to be who they are. I am sure they would have said he was the best if jay wasn't their boss. Me personally, i think Nas is a better rapper, if compared to jay.

Anyway, below is what jay electronica had to say about nas;
"Working with Nas is good; it's an honor and a privilege," Jay Electronica said in an interview. "Because he someone you look up to coming up. When you look at Nas, it's not even an argument--he's one of the greatest to ever do it. The only argument is if he is the greatest, so it's exciting. Okay, so his question is if nas is the greatest- he more or less puts nas in a top 5 position, in no order. So, i would like to ask you, my readers what you think- who do you think is the greatest of all time?

Nas Gets Child Support Payment Slashed

I read it yesterday, and i thought it would be be great for nas, because those child support payments are just incredible. We all know how" in love" nas and kelis were when they got married, and i still wonder what made them split, so i felt the child support issue was just so ridiculous. I felt it was, maybe, a way kelis was using it to get back at nas. So, it has been confirmed that his payments have been slashed in half.

In late May last year Nas and Kelis officially divorced after four years of marriage and a year of separation. The Judge ordered Nas to pay $10,000 a month in child support for their just-born son. If that wasn't steep enough, he was also ordered to pay $40,000 a month in alimony.

Shortly after, the Queensbridge emcee claimed he couldn't afford his monthly support bills, and now a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge has listened.

According to TMZ, the Judge has cut his child support to $5000 per month and his spousal support down to $20000.

I think that is still a bit high, but that is wayyy better than what he had to pay before. But, it is just a pity that a good guy like nas would be going through this kind of mess. I wish him all the best, and can't wait for a new album from him. He needs to complete his new album, his 10th, and get it out there- the game needs him.

J.Cole Talks About Meeting Nas For The First Time

The Roc Nation Artist, J.Cole talks about his first meeting with Nas. It is evident that cole is a nas fan, as he has openly disclosed in a lot of interviews. He was recently interviewed and asked about how it was meeting nas for the first time. He said he was awestruck, and also that he would like to do a full length collabo album with nas.


Below is what he had to say about that:

From his arrival in mainstream Hip Hop over the last two years, North Carolina's J. Cole has been frequently compared to emcee legend Nas. In a recent interview with Bootleg Kev, the Roc Nation hopeful candidly spoke on that discussion. "It don't even sound right to me [that I'm compared frequently to Nas], 'cause Nas is [in] another stratosphere, but there has been some dialogue," said Cole. The emcee continued, revealing a mutual affinity for each other's work, when they crossed paths. "When I met him, I tried to give him like extra props - like I tried to bow down in his presence. He kinda wouldn't let me, 'cause he's like, 'Man, I'm a fan of yours.'" Taken aback by the exchange, Cole asserts that it's unusual for the iconic 20-year veteran to respect an artist without even a single album released to date. "It's impossible for you to be a fan of mine; it's not supposed to happen like that."
Asked by Bootleg Kev about the likelihood of a collaboration, Cole said, "Man, I'd do a whole album with Nas." More than just speculation, J added, "Whenever Nas is ready, I'm ready."

Nas Joins HIV/AIDS Org To Serve Christmas Dinner

Nas has always been known for being conscious, and staying out of the media's eye- that is why i hardly have stories about him up in here. Thank God we have something on him today.

(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop star Nas will give back to the community this season during the 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner in Harlem, New York this week.

On Wednesday (December 22nd), Nas will join HIV/AIDS activist Maria Davis, restaurateur Melba Wilson and the Souls of My Sisters Books/Kensington Publishing Corp. to support the event, which will provide Christmas dinner to families infected and impacted by HIV/AIDS.

The 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner will serve cooked meals by Melba's 125 Restaurant, for over 250 family members and their support systems.

"An estimated 1.1 million Americans are living with HIV, and yet one out of five don’t know it,” stated Maria Davis, author of the national best-seller, Souls of My Sisters: Black Women Break Their Silence, Tell Their Stories and Heal Their Spirits.

“This holiday season our focus is on helping the families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, and their support systems including; extended families, healthcare and case workers," Davis said. "I am especially proud that Nas and other celebrities can participate in providing inspiration during the holidays and share a word of thanks to the caretakers who work so hard to service this population.”

In addition to Nas, radio personality Dee Vazquez, singing group ACE and a variety of other celebrities are expected to attend the 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner, which starts at 4:00 PM at the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Plaza Building  plaza

Nas Fans Put up a Lost Tapes2 Petition Against Def Jam

Nas fans have gone the same route that the Lupe Fiasco fans went in getting the attention of Record Label Execs at Def Jam. I don't know when LASERS (the album from lupe) would be released, but i know after about 200,000 of lupe's fans signed the petition, they agreed on a date. So, nas fans have followed through with this- the WeNeedLostTapes2 petition started off a couple of hours ago, and more than a thousand people have signed it; i was number 1093.

Hip-Hop Photographeer, Johnny Nunez talks About Taking Jay-Z and Nas picture

Can you remember when Nas and Jay-Z just officially squashed their beef? The picture you can see on this page was the one circulating around the web- so now the photographer that took the pic, Johnny Nunez, relates the account.

Now I'm going to say a few things that a lot of people already know, but I'm also going to expose the truth. That picture everyone remembers of Jay-Z and Nas uniting in 2005 almost didn't go down.
Every Black photographer was excited about this concert. There are a lot of digital stock agencies out there owned and operated by white people, and it's okay because I work with one of them. But what a lot of people don't know is some how and some way, when we called Def Jam, they said something along the lines of there only being one photographer allowed or something like only a few photographers would be allowed [access to the concert]. It was some ridiculous story that said that none of the typical Black photographers were going to be allowed into Jay-Z's concert. We were all numb. We were thinking, "this is hip-hop. How can we not even get into our own events?'
Some photographers were allowed, but they were given a wack a** location [to shoot from]. And when I say wack, it was so far and so impossible that the first tier of people who got the greatest access were all white. So we were like, 'that's f*cked up.' I managed to get my way in through my network of people I know through Jay-Z's camp, but I felt bad for the other photographers that weren't allowed to get good access. My thought was if this is going to be his Black Album concert, then this may be his last performance. So how could [there] not be [any] Black photographers? It's gotta be persons of culture to tell the story and not saying that other races can't, it's just the policies that were involved looked weird. You had the white photographers in the front with a sprinkling of blacks and the rest of the blacks in the far back.
So before the concert, my man got an all-access gold pass that allows you go to backstage and I didn't have one of those. I had some front-only ridiculously wack a** pass which limited me from where I could shoot. I just kept thinking how could there only be one photographer allowed to go back stage and it was a white photographer too. But my man wen to Kinkos and made a laser print of what the all-access pass looked like. He took his license and made a print of it. Then he cut out his face from the license and put it over the copy of the original all-access and then after that, he had it laminated. After that, he gave me his pass to do the same thing and there we were, everyone had gold-out all-access passes from Kinkos, three dollars and fifty cents.
The white photographers were looking at us like, "what the --! Wait! How'd you get this!?" and we said, "this is our pass, we got it from the label." We were up in that b*tch and there's nothing they could say. The passes were good, they were laminated, they looked just like the real sh*t, and there was so much hype going on at that very moment that no one was going to question us. So once again, hip-hop prevailed and it felt like "Good Times" and "The Jeffersons." It was real sh*t.
Next thing you know, I was backstage and once Jay-Z brought out Nas, all the photographers were getting ready. Every press outlet was at the frontier but for someone like me who was running from the back to the side to the front with all-access, I was like, "D*mn, I gotta go back to the front." And if you look at see the documentary about the Black Album, I'm actually in it for about four seconds looking at the camera. It was to show that I was Jay's photographer. Anyway, as I got to the front, all these people that paid big, big, big tickets to be in the front were all celebrities. I'm talking about if you turned around, there's Madonna. You turn to the left, it's Naomi Campbell. It just wasn't looking good for me to get a really good shot because the front of the stage was filled photographers, blocking each other off and f*cking up a good shot.

So I was like, 'd*mn, what am I going to do' and I turn around and [hear] somebody say, "Johnny, you need to get a shot?" And it turned out to be one of my boys from Tommy Hilfiger. It was one of my man's who works at Tommy Hilfiger who previously couldn't get into one of Puffy's parties but I got him in. He said I could lean on his shoulder. And then Nas came out, everybody went crazy and the legendary shot was taken.

Jay-Z says Take-Over Was 100 times Better Than Ether

I went online early yesterday morning and was surprised to read an article based on an interview where Jay-Z said that Ether(a reply diss track made by nas in response to Take-Over) does not come close to His track; Take-Over. He even went ahead to say that Take-Over was 100 times better than Ether. I think that is really funny, because i thought the whole beef had been burried, and everybody and their mama's know who won.
I really do not want to go into this issue, but it just surprised me that jay would say that after all this years.
Anyway, below is what he said about the issue.

"I think in history when we look back, and I don't mean no disrespect to Nas, I think when we look back it's not even close. I just think it was a better record." 
"The record, if we take Ether it's 100 times better."

 
I can remember back in 2001 when ether dropped and jay was interviewed on Hot 97 by Angie Martiniz, and when he was asked about Ether, he started stuttering, it was almost like he was going to cry. You can check youtube for it.

What do You Think Should be The Theme of Nas's 1th Album?

His 8th album was Hip Hip is Dead- about the death of hiphop as he knew it; his 9th and last album was about the black man and was originally meant to be titled NIGGER, but the powers that be stopped that from happening. Nas's collabo album with Damian Marley(Distant Relatives) also had a theme- the origin of all black people all over the world; so now that he is working on his 10th album, we wonder what he is going to make it a concept album or just another rap album.

You can't tell with nas because he is full of surprises but he never disappointments. I just can't wait to know what the BEST RAPPER ALIVE is working on. I think it would be classic and i think it is going to do pretty well commercially.

He might theme it GOING BACK TO THE ROOTS or something like that; what ever he decides, i know it would be a great album.

Nas Blast Def Jam for Not Supporting the Lost Tapes 2 Project

You all know Nas is a legendary rapper, and you know he has a lot of old die-hard fans, and you also know he would never bend his standards for anybody; so, that explains two things- why Defjam don't wanna support Lost Tapes 2, and why Nas is mad at them.

Def Jam most likely thinks the project would not sell, but i can bet that, even though it is not a full length album, it would do well in stores. I can not could how many people leave comments on twitter asking for the album...I mean, like salivating for it.

DefJam is thinking it would be better to support a Young Jeezy album, or a Kanye West album, or some artist that appeals to the teens of America.

I am a Nas fan myself, and i just can't wait to get the album, and i hope Defjam would believe in Nas enough to support the project.

Okay, enough talking from me, read the letter that Nas wrote to DefJam below-

I won't even tap dance around in an email, I will get right into it. People connect to the Artist @ the end of the day, they don't connect with the executives. Honestly, nobody even cares what label puts out a great record, they care about who recorded it. Yet time and time again its the executives who always stand in the way of a creative artist's dream and aspirations. You don't help draw the truth from my deepest and most inner soul, you don't even do a great job @ selling it. The #1 problem with DEF JAM is pretty simple and obvious, the executives think they are the stars. You aren't.... not even close. As a matter of fact, you wish you were, but it didn't work out so you took a desk job. To the consumer, I COME FIRST. Stop trying to deprive them! I have a fan base that dies for my music and a RAP label that doesn't understand RAP. Pretty f*cked up situation." (Karen Civil)

"Lost Tapes is a movement and a very important set up piece for my career as it stands. I started this over 5 years ago @ Columbia and nobody knew what it was or what it did but the label put it out as an LP and the fans went crazy for it and I single handlely built a new brand of rap albums. It's smart and after 5 years it's still a head of the game. This feels great and you not feeling what I'm feeling is disturbing. Don't get in the way of my creativity. We are aligned with the stars here, this is a movement. There is a thing called KARMA that comes to haunt you when you tamper with the aligning stars. WE ARE GIVING THE PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT. Wow! That is some venom that Nas spit in that letter; i just hope defjam listen to him and drop that lost tapes 2, so nas can focus on working on his 10th album, which he promised before summer of 2011.
 

Wacka Flocka Flame Wants to Work with Nas

Wow! That is shocking right? But it is funny that so many people are recognizing the genius, the God Son, the Picasso of the rap game; Nas. Check out what Wacka Flocka had to say about wanting to work with The Best Rapper Alive.

Flame marked a career milestone today with the release of his debut album Flockaveli. But the Brick Squad emcee also has his sights set on achieving a surprise pairing with Queensbridge legend Nas. Several months ago, Waka Flocka cited Nas to AllHipHop.com as his choice for the best rapper of all time. With his name continuing to gain momentum via his well-received singles, Flocka is open to working with more artists outside his camp, as he did on his latest hit "No Hands." When given a list of emcees, Flocka became visibly excited at the idea of working with Nas. "Excuse my language but h*ll yeah!"

I think i might just check this guy out for the one reason that he recognized Nas.

Nas Talks about leaked song; POWER, PAPER AND PUSSY

Wow! I didn't even know the song leaked. I was begining to think nas had nothing doign right now...Of course, i knew he must be in the studio, but i did't know he would have any new material so soon. Anyway, below is what he had to say about his recent leaked song. I have not heard it, so i can say anything about it.

"[Nasty Nas] never left," Nas confirmed to MTV News via e-mail. "I recorded the song in my hometown of New York City. I was feeling the vibe of the streets and sewers, [which] helped me get in that zone...Nas explained that he had been a fan of Herb Alpert's 1979 "Rise" record -- the Notorious B.I.G.'s 1997 smash "Hypnotize" also samples it -- and asked Salaam Remi to take it and concoct something special. "Salaam and I are always working together," Nas said. "I loved the song and asked Salaam to cook it up." The pair linked up to record the track at New York's Manhattan Center. (MTV)

New Nas music, this is an exclusive for DJ Green Lantern's new Invasion Radio 2K10 mixtape. Nas spits a pretty serious flow, hearkening back to an "early" Nas, flowing over the "Big Beat" breakbeat with a little classic Herb Alpert on the horns ("Rise" - The part Biggie didn't use). The track was produced by Nas and Salaam Remi. It's not an entire song, per se, more like an extended verse, freestyle, whatever you want to call it, but it's definitely a strong look from Nas as he rides the moderate success of his recent release, Distant Relatives, with Damian Marley. I remember hearing 50CENT'S "piggybank" record and i was like, "what! how can you go against some of the best rappers to come out of new york, "jadakiss", "nas" and "fat joe", but i guess he wanted to get people talking. He succeeded in doing that, and also in selling million of records off of that, for his second album, THE MASSACRE.

In the midst of all the beef, nas never replied, claiming 50 was not on his level lyrically and and experience wise, so he just did some interviews, and a line here and there, but no ETHER for 50 cent. One of the tracks that had some subliminal lines aimed at 50 from nas was a "game" track, STREET RIDERS, that featured "akon.

Below is what "black wall street dj", DJ SKEE, had this to say about the track:

Included on the tape is "Street Riders," on which guest MC Nas references Pharrell Williams by name and throws some subliminals at 50 Cent. "I showed n---as their first Bentley/ How the f--- I window shop?" he raps. "We've actually had it done forever," Skee said. "It was actually supposed to be on the Doctor's Advocate album. It didn't make it for one reason or another. There's been a bunch of different reincarnations of the song. ... I actually have eight different versions of the song. Game, he went back in. who is really better, jay-z or nas?

I take this back to 2002, when i was in my first year in the university. It was the heights of the beef/feud (between jay-z and nas), and people were picking sides. I was on nas's side, but it was like they were very few of my kind, because we all know a lot more people liked JAY-Z than NAS.

There were arguments on every corner of the campus; i really had not seen anything like that before, even with the BIGGIE and TUPAC feud, it wasn't really like that, maybe not in Nigeria, where i am from. Or maybe it was because pac and big lost their lives too early in the feud. Anyway, it was just incredible, you would see about 5 guys arguing with like 8 guys on who is better, and it would get emotional, and fights sometimes broke out.

I remember one time when i went to visit my friend, and i met some of his other friends there, and it happened that they were all jay fans; men, was that a hell of an argument. We argued for about 2 hours. They laid down their facts, i laid down mine, and in the end, became friends, and started seeing things from a different perspective. I saw the reason why they thought jay-z was a better rapper than nas, and i made them also see the reason why i thought nas was a better rapper. We went our separate ways, but the argument had left a mark, and we became curious of what we had shared on that  day. I started listening to jay in the process and they also started listening to nas.

Through the years, i bought all of jay's albums at one point or the other, and i can say i have listened to every album (solo and collaborative) that he has dropped, so i know what he is made of. I can not doubt that he is a very gifted/talented/skilled rapper, and has gotten better with time, to the point where he can do it(rap) in his sleep; but so can nas. But the problem people have with this argument is with comparing the two rappers; they are not the same. Jay is more of a flossy rapper, nas is a knowledge delivering, story telling rapper; they have different missions in life. And like M.I.A(the srilankan singer) said in a recent interview, just because nas is not the private plane flying rapper does not make jay-z better than him. I would like to add, just because jay-z does not kick knowledge(he does, but not like nas) in his rhymes don't make him any less better than nas.

I think i would end by quoting some of nas's lines on ether, where he said, who's the best, pac nas or big? ain't no best; so i would say there is no best between nas and jay-z, but i can say they are both individually better than every other rap out right now; probably except for eminem. Well, that is my opinion, so i would appreciate yours.

what are you listening to right now?

So, guys, what's up today? I would like to know what albums you are currently bumping daily in your cd decks. There a lot of albums out right now; nas and damian marley's  distant relatives; eminem's recovery album(although not formerly released); drakes thank me later album; plies goon-affiliated album; b.o.b's adventures of bobby ray.

Okay, let me go first; there are so many great albums out, and some times i get confused on what to listen to. I have all the albums, and i have listened to some songs off eminems album, but i have not sat down to actually listen to it from beginning to the end. But, the album I am bumping to constantly right now, is distant relatives. It doesn't really have to do with the fact that i am a nas fan, it is just that the album is great. Imagine someone preaching knowledge to you and does not bore you in the procedure, rather, he keeps you longing for more; that is what nas and damian marley pulled off with this one.

I think when i have had a fill of the album to my satisfaction, then i would move on to feel either drake or eminem's album next
