I would also like to say that i think Nicki Minaj is dope, and for a second there, i thought kim should just chill, but until i watched this video, i didn't understand what kim had been saying all this while. I remember when people were complaining about GAME going to hard at G-Unit, but the fact is that the man that has the lower advantage should fight the hardest in any battle. People are scooping up anything nicki drop right now, and they would not take anything kim drops as a fact, so she has to go the extra mile. And you have to understand that Nicki Minaj dissed her first...even before Roman's Revenge.

Redman recently gave his opinion on the Lil Kim Nicki Minaj Beef. All the people that have touched on this subject have been diplomatic about it; not picking a side, and i was expecting Reggie to go against that, but he just sat on the fence like the rest.
A lot of people look at the matter from different perspectives- some have words like "lil kim disses nicki minaj" fast coming out of their mouth, forgeting that nicki dropped Roman's Revenge first. Anyway, i like the two artist, but i have always said i go with kim anyday, but it is not about me, just read what redman had to say;
"First of all, Lil Kim is my motherf*cking heart," Red said in an interview. "I don't play when it comes to her. So don't play. Nicki Minaj, I told y'all last time, [I thought] she was fire. She's letting these b*tches out here know who she is. As far as the beef on it, as far as the beef on it, to be very f*cking honest, that if Nicki Minaj didn't pay homage to Kim or even shout her out -- then I want to pinpoint what is Kim's beef. Baby, Birdman, Brian Williams, C.E.O of Cash Money Records, the label Nicki is signed to has let us know what he feels about the whole issue with Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim. I can't say he was one sided, but what do you expect from him? He has to protect his investment.

According to Birdman Lil Kim may have “asked for” her current rivalry with the rising Young Money star. “Real talk, but maybe Kim asked for it,” said Birdman when asked about Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj. “Usually we don’t try to make money like that…that’s not our theory. We make great music. We have never been the type to make songs about motherfuckas. I think Nicki is speaking in general, not just Kim personally. A lot of motherfuckers have been hating on her success. To me, they are all asking for it. I don’t think any of them has as a talented clique as Nicki. We a movement.” A feud between Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim was initially sparked back in June when Lil Kim called out both Nicki Minaj and Diddy at a concert in Baltimore. NICKI MINAJ, the new female rap sensation is having some sort of beef with legendary female rapper, LIL KIM. There has been a lot of back and fort comments on someone not paying homage, and someone having hate, blah! blah! blah! Before i take sides, and i don't even think i am going to take sides, i would just spit the truth, the facts, and let you judge for yourself. Lil kim has been in the rap game for over 15 years, although she has had some major set backs with her rap career in the last 3 years or so; Nicky minaj is the hottest female rapper right now. Lil kim was the queen of rap for more than a decade during the heights of her reign; NICKY MINAJ has been in the game just 2 years. Lil kim has 4 solid albums(that have all gone platinum) to her name; Nicky is yet to drop her sophomore album. Lil kim has been rumored to have done a couple of plastic surgeries that make her look very horrible right now; Nicki minaj is young and beautiful. Lil kim is very lyrical and has held her own in songs that she featured or was featured by male rappers; Nicki minaj is also lyrical in her way and has done collaborations with some male rappers of her time.
Okay, those are the facts, let me do a little analysis, and give you my own opinion on the issue. I think the whole beef is about lil kim demanding that nicki pay homage to her for at least using her whole style. I think you have to agree with kim that nicki minaj stole the whole sexiness swag lil kim was\is known with, so she said she didn't mind, and didn't have any problem but she atleast wanted a prop of some kind. I guess she wants nicki minaj to admit the influence "lil kim" had on her, maybe probably through an interview or something.
And nicki is not down with that as she has shown with all the subliminal disses she has been sending to kim via twitter. So let me come in and say my piece, and i will try to make it short. I think lil kim has a right to question nicki, because it is clear that nicki did steal her whole style, and the whole barbie movement that kim made popular in the 90's and the 00's.
That's it, that's all i am going to say about the whole issue, because i don't want to get to emotional...........................Okay, let me confess, i am a big lil kim fan and i think she is the best female rapper of all time; she is the G.O.A.T when it comes to female rap, and i don't think anybody can take that away from her, and i don't care what DRAKE wants to make people think with his bias unwarranted judgement of the whole issue.
And about nicki minaj? I have to confess, i didn't like her when i first heard her, cos she sounded so much like lil wayne, and i was wondering who this "female version of lil wayne" was, but after a while, i kind of understood her, and started seeing her potential. I heard a couple of featuring she did and i liked them; i guess i didn't like her delivery, but when i listened to what she was actually saying, and the metarphors she was dropping, i gave it to her. Now, i think i like her whole package; she is cool, and she would go places with the present generation of rap listeners.
I have to add that i don't really like her new track, "massive attack", the single to her upcoming debut album. I did some research and heard some of her old stuff before she signed with young money, and she was really really good on them. I mean underground tracks she dropped back in 2007.
Okay, i think, through all my rambling, i have been able to give you my opinion on the whole situation.

"Here's my thing, all females that come in the game, we all need to stick together and I always try my best to embrace them but what happens is when you come into the game and realize that I'm not going away and my fans are still here and they can't just step over me. They can't just step on me and then they're kinda like, they get upset and then they don't want to be my friend anymore and I think that's really childish, you know what I'm saying? It's stupid because all I ask for is to be respected -- pay homage at the end of the day, a lot of things go on behind the scenes that people don't know about and it will be aired out. You can't hide the truth -- when I came out to do this promo tour, it was a reminder of where it came from because if you're gonna swagger jack somebody and take their style, at least pay the respect and the homage..."
